Bookings & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All flights, hotels and packages are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon payment and written confirmation from NexTrip Travels.

Pricing

Package prices shown are starting prices per person, based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise, and may vary by season, availability and exchange rates at the time of booking.

Visa Assistance

NexTrip Travels provides documentation guidance and application support for visas. Visa approval is granted solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate, and approval is never guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel and package supplier. Specific cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

NexTrip Travels acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not liable for delays, cancellations or service issues caused by those suppliers.
